• Make changes 3 days prior to your next delivery
• Manage your subscription — swap meals, skip next delivery, pause, cancel and renew your subscription

How often do I get food deliveries?
We deliver on Sundays.
Сan I switch between different meal plans?
Yes, you have the flexibility to switch between meal plans based on your preferences.
Log in to your Customer Portal —> Choose your subscription and click ‘See More Details’ —> Click ‘Swap Product’ next to the meal plan name —> Switch between 3-Day and 5-Day meal plans clicking ‘Confirm Swap’
If you’d like to try another different meal plan, please contact us and we’ll help to change that.
Can I swap meals?
Absolutely! Swap meals with ease, allowing adjustments 3 days prior to your next order.
Log in to your Customer Portal —> Choose your subscription and click ‘See More Details’ —> Choose the meal and click ‘Swap’ —> Select the new one and click ‘Confirm Swap’
Can I pause my subscription?
Sure! Log in to your Customer Portal —> Choose your subscription and click ‘See More Details’ —> Scroll to the bottom —> Click ‘Pause Subscription’
