Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Locanut, we offer flexible purchasing options to enhance your shopping experience. Below, you’ll find details on how to modify or cancel subscription-based or pre-order purchases.

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the selected duration and frequency.
  • Your payment details will be securely stored and automatically charged for each scheduled delivery unless you opt for prepaid billing.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel at any time.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders allow you to purchase an item before it is in stock or officially released.
  • Depending on the product, we may charge no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout.
  • Once your order is fulfilled, the remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged.
  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. However, if the order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
