Shipping Coverage
We currently ship non-perishable snacks within the United States via UPS. Shipping times and costs are based on UPS rates and will be calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are determined by UPS and vary based on your location and order size.
- We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to UPS directly. If further assistance is needed, contact us at connect@locanut.com.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@locanut.com with photos of the damaged items, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
