Yes! Every item we make is 100% gluten-free and seed oil free. We also avoid refined sugars and use only high-quality, natural ingredients.

Yes—we currently ship a curated selection of non-perishable items such as snacks, pantry goods, and spreads across the U.S. We’re working on expanding to include shipping for meals and other perishable items soon—stay tuned!
We take food allergies very seriously. While all of our products are 100% gluten-free, many contain nuts, coconut, or eggs, and all items are made in the same facility. We clearly list allergens on every label and menu item, but if you have a severe allergy, we recommend reaching out to us directly before ordering. Your safety is our top priority.
